The Comfort Zone Is Ok, Until The Day It Isnt

The consolation zone is ok, until the day it is not It’s straightforward to get stuck in the predefined “consolation zone” that we’re all trained to be in as staff. That’s nice if you're joyful. Really. It is. Happy with your job. Happy together with your boss. Happy along with your work expertise. Happy with what you make. But, you have to leave that consolation zone if you wish to create one thing new vs. making someone else’s dream come true. You should depart that consolation zone if the work you are doing leaves you feeling empty inside, pissed off, or sad every day. You should leave that comfort zone if you don’t feel appreciated, your onerous work isn’t recognized, or your boss makes you feel like “less.” Life is simply too brief for that to be your day by day existence.
